Product Return Guidelines

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, like single-use items (e.g., screen protectors), cannot be returned. However, other products are eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have any questions about specific items. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, with no reason required. The item must be in the same condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also necessary.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us at Contact@zfoldpro.com.
