Refund Guidelines

You have 7 days from the day of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@zfoldpro.com. Approved returns should be sent to the following address: Longhuaxinqu Longhuajiedao, Waiyaopaicun Longandasha, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as single-use products like screen protectors, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. For specific questions or concerns about your item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the correct item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As with standard returns, items must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
