Change of Address:
Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Contact@zfoldpro.com.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Tracking:
All orders come with a tracking number once shipped. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Damaged Parcels:
